Executive Administrative Assistant

  Contract — Full Time

  Location — Ibadan, Oyo State

Job Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings and training schedule.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, budgeting and budget tracking.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for the management team.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions.
  • Assist and support sales and marketing teams to maximize revenues.
  • Build customer relationships.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
