Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings and training schedule.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, budgeting and budget tracking.
Prepare and analyze financial statements for the management team.
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions.
Assist and support sales and marketing teams to maximize revenues.
Build customer relationships.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
