2In which cities can I order Chotcut?

Our service is present in launching Ibadan!  Great news is we plan to open Chotcut in many additional cities in Nigeria in the coming months.

4Where is my order?

After you have shopped, we send it directly to the store, which starts to pack it immediately. Our Pilots do everything they can to get your essentials delivered as quickly as possible. However, sometimes stores receive very large number of orders, or pilots get stuck in heavy traffic this unfortunately might cause delays.
If the amount of time you’ve waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time, you can contact us and we’ll look into what’s going on.

5Where do the products come from?

Products come from your favourite local supermart, convenience stores and retailers (Chotcut Buddies). We have onboarded different stores in the cities to offer you a wide choice of essentials and daily needs.
